Beautiful Preparation

 

As we continue living this somewhat different life, it seems everyone is experiencing things differently.
For example a small percentage of anxiety sufferers are finding lockdown is easing their symptoms. Some women are reporting their menopausal symptoms are calming down. People are finding headaches and sleeping patterns are improving. Perhaps you’re noticing some positive changes too?

But for others with mental-health , physical and environmental issues, sadly quarantine is highlighting them.
We are still no nearer to knowing when this will end, but of course it will. Yet how many of us are really ready for it when it does? If the doors opened tomorrow how ready is your mindset and physical health, to step back into the life you had before?
Is your body and mind healthy enough to take on the outside World’s stresses and pressure again? Have you discovered something new about yourself, that you can take into the brave new life that lies ahead?


I’m not sure things will be the same as before, do you? But most of us will have to go out there with enormous energy, and strength. Perhaps we will also need a deep calmness too, to process and cope with what’s needed. We may need a deep inner strength to recover from the economical and emotional damage this virus has afflicted on us all.


So, while we are still waiting for the doors to open, perhaps now it’s time to check in with your mental and physical health and ask yourself, “am I really ready?”


Now is the time to heal and prepare. #lifeafterlockdown
