We think there is something so reassuring, when an extremely well respected beauty expert launches a beauty product. So when award -winning writer Kate Shapland, launched her company Legology we were very excited.

Life can be tough; and sometimes we have to face things we would rather not.  Ancient Hermetic wisdom said that life was like a pendulum, swinging backwards and forwards.  

Now the clocks have gone forward, the nights are getting longer, the birds are singing and the daffs are popping up in the garden, we’re all thinking of summer; well we certainly are - Lizzie & I have spent a few months getting our legs ready for summer!

When we caught up with Sophie, she was on her way to Dublin to catch up with her long-term boyfriend Count Kaz Balinski-Jundzill and it’s obvious she’s in love and incredibly happy. Sophie is looking absolutely amazing at 40 and is healthier than ever.
