I have just come back from the most perfect yoga class. One of these days, I will be able to fold like an envelope, or twist without hurting.....but it was still just perfect.

So many women either buy, or are advised to buy by a shop assistant, the wrong colour foundations for their skin. Obviously our skin changes colour throughout the year, especially in the summer, when we’re all catching the sun and have a bit of a tan.

How to rock the latest eye-shadow colour trend, without looking like you may have done it (I did) in the 70s!  I love a little touch of colour sometimes and with this amazing weather it feels totally appropriate!

On Sunday we drove out of London for the day and headed to Aylesford in Kent for a pub lunch and a paddle in the stream next to the pub. On the way we were delighted by the sight of a sea of purple and a smell so distinctive that it had to be lavender; we could’ve been in Provence, especially as it was the most glorious day. 

There is nothing nicer than pampering yourself and relaxing in a lovely bath, infused with Aromatherapy Oils; that’s my preference anyway!

I love a pop of colour somewhere and as I use only natural make-up and mostly browns and neutral shades, a touch of colour from my nail varnish always does the trick, especially as it’s sandal weather!

We had the most amazing wedding on the 19th May with Megan and Harry, which the world celebrated and that thankfully gave us some cultural diversity in our Royal family!

What an amazing week we’ve had with the sunshine finally coming out. I spent the most amazing few days in Whitstable in Kent in my Caravan with my family. My husband and my children were swimming in the sea, believe it or not !!!!

I’ve always loved a Multi-Purpose product.  For myself as a working mum, like lots of us, we don’t have the time, and as a make-up artist, I love how multi-purpose products can add the same colour and tone to the skin. These products also offer us two products for the price of one, or just a little more than one!
