In these uncertain and frightening times, it’s so comforting to be reminded that there is still good in this World.

Most of us who exercise outside now, are probably all too familiar with our route. I’m incredibly lucky to live in the beautiful village of Lavenham in Suffolk.

As we start another week in lockdown, some of you will be craving some personal space right now. Others may be desperate for the opposite, these are of course, unusual times and our psyche is being tested!

Every day when I go for my walk, I plug into my AirPods and fill my head with music. Yesterday, I listened to my eldest son Alex’s latest mix, which just made me feel so much better!
