The moment I met Samantha Renke, I found her energy utterly infectious. She has her own wonderful and unique sense of style, wearing a brown trilby hat and some very cool lace-up boots. Our mutual friend, the brilliant actress Michelle Collins, had introduced us at a women in media group that Samantha has been part of for quite some time, and I was lucky enough to sit near Sam so I could get to know her better.

So many women either buy, or are advised to buy by a shop assistant, the wrong colour foundations for their skin. Obviously our skin changes colour throughout the year, especially in the summer, when we’re all catching the sun and have a bit of a tan.

How to rock the latest eye-shadow colour trend, without looking like you may have done it (I did) in the 70s!  I love a little touch of colour sometimes and with this amazing weather it feels totally appropriate!

On Sunday we drove out of London for the day and headed to Aylesford in Kent for a pub lunch and a paddle in the stream next to the pub. On the way we were delighted by the sight of a sea of purple and a smell so distinctive that it had to be lavender; we could’ve been in Provence, especially as it was the most glorious day.

Kelly Cooper Barr has an enviable life; she’s travelled the world, worked and played with the rich and famous and has a wardrobe to die for. However - and a theme clearly emerging with all our Beautiful Women - is that to Kelly, family and friends are what really matters.

I love a pop of colour somewhere and as I use only natural make-up and mostly browns and neutral shades, a touch of colour from my nail varnish always does the trick, especially as it’s sandal weather!

This week, we talk to a truly inspirational Beautiful Woman, Tracey Woodward. Frankly, her life deserves a whole book rather than a short blog, but we’re thrilled to catch up with her during her busy schedule. This amazing lady went from being unable to read and write until she was 14 to Chief Executive of the luxury brand Aromatherapy Associates. 

We had the most amazing wedding on the 19th May with Megan and Harry, which the world celebrated and that thankfully gave us some cultural diversity in our Royal family!
