Beautiful Heart - How are you feeling? Let’s send some healing and love to ourselves, our loved ones and the rest of the planet. Take a moment to just sit and focus on your heart.

Give yourself permission to sit for just five minutes today. Tell yourself, in that moment, that nobody needs anything from you right now.

Close your eyes and breathe in some beautiful deep breaths. Inhale peace and love, exhale stress and that voice nagging doubt in your head. Slow your breath down, in for a count of 7 and the same count out as you release your breath. Keep breathing slow deep breaths. Now focus on your heart, know that this is where your true self resides. Breathe that peace and love into your heart and feel it, fill your heart with that energy. Now imagine your heart opening like a flower blooming, and allow that energy to flow from your heart, surrounding all of your body.

Feel that love and peace protecting you, as you send that love into the space around you now, as the energy continues to flow, until the room....then the building are filled with love and peace.

Then send it out to your loved ones no matter where they are, know it will get there, connect it to their hearts. Finally, imagine it protecting the planet, remember love is endless.
