Talking to Meg Mathews, she’s clearly a woman on a mission - and definitely someone to watch very closely! In fact we’d go as far as to say, she’s about to make the history books as a pioneer for all women.

Who doesn’t love indulging in a facial? Over the years we have both had many, but whilst chatting about them recently, Kim and I found one facial in particular had left us both falling in love with the products used, Natural Spa Factory.

As soon as you engage in conversation with acclaimed writer Ateh Jewel, you’re struck by her infectious, vibrant energy.  And she puts this energy to good use; it’s incredible how many different talents she can turn her hand to.

When we caught up with Sophie, she was on her way to Dublin to catch up with her long-term boyfriend Count Kaz Balinski-Jundzill and it’s obvious she’s in love and incredibly happy. Sophie is looking absolutely amazing at 40 and is healthier than ever.
