Beautiful Breathing - A five minute morning meditation, just for you. Consider what you want and what you don’t want.

Now close your eyes and breathe, breathe deeply. Take you breath right down inside your belly. Slow down.....now slow down even further. 
Breathe in a sense of hope and say the word every time you inhale. Now breathe out all your doubts about you and anything you’re concerned about. Let it go. 
You can do this anywhere, anytime, just take a moment to do it. Because you deserve to feel good, to feel positive and hopeful.
