Beautiful Awareness

Beautiful Awareness - How conscious are you of your self? Equally, how conscious are you of the people around you?

We can learn so much more about ourselves by consciously listening more and speaking less. Our quietest moments often make room for the answers we need.

We can not grow unless we listen, and we can’t make balanced decisions unless we explore all viewpoints. When we listen instead of talk, we can expand our thoughts and learn so much more. Even if you think you know what’s right, by listening instead of talking, it offers more food for thought. You too become more interesting by being interested in others.

Practice self awareness in conversations, listening to learn something new. Ask questions, take an interest in other human beings, everyone has an interesting story, and we can find so many golden nuggets of wisdom there.

There are also so many pearls of wisdom within you too. Don’t let your ego get in the way of really listening to what is right and wrong. The ego just wants attention, and every time you use the word “I” in a conversation, your ego is simply looking for approval. Sit with yourself, breath deeply and let go of what you think is right or wrong. Allow alternative aspects to flow through your mind, as you meditate dismantle the limiting boundaries and open up to a bigger picture. It will help to release tension, stress, anger and resentment. The energy from limiting your beliefs will be affecting your mental well-being. Open up and allow your self to be aware of everything and everyone, including your beautiful true self. #selfawareness
