Beautiful Meditation - Before you begin your day, take time to consider how you want your day to be. Close your eyes and take some deep breaths.

Visualise yourself having an amazing day. See yourself happy, healthy, and calm. Assure your mind that even if difficulty arises you will cope, you will know what to do and will stay grounded.

People can only disturb our peace if we allow them to. There are levels of thought that we function at, and taking our minds to a deeper level eliminates a lot of the chaos and crazy small stuff.

Know that looking beyond the behaviour of others and how situations may seem, you may find answers. Or perhaps that place where it just doesn’t really matter, which is truly liberating.

Imagine you really absorbing your world around you, and being mindful of all your senses. Observe your life around you, slow down your day.

Create your beautiful day in your mind and repeat these words, “I deserve a beautiful day!”

Practice gratitude throughout the day for anything and everything around you and for you. Even if it’s just that you woke up this morning and are here. 🙏🏻♥️
