Beautiful Consideration - So here we are continuing to cope with a virus that restricts us in so many ways. For the first time certainly in my life, we humans are collectively struggling for freedom, whatever that means. Yet our natural world is all too familiar with these struggles. We humans have destroyed their habitat, wiped out entire species, and continue to allow our greed to take for granted Mother Nature herself. The human ego allows us to believe we are better than anything else on this planet, but we simply are not. Indeed, Covid 19 has apparently come from the natural world and that insatiable greed. I believe we must all see this as a warning. The human race would be wise to have a reality check at this point. Nature works WITH rhythms, cycles and seasons, and without humans, it would survive very nicely on this planet forever. I also believe we must adopt a more humble and open hearted attitude to nature. Respecting Earth and its natural world, because if we don’t we are the ones that will eventually become extinct.
