Beautiful Comfort

Here are some of the symptoms you or perhaps someone you are concerned about, that indicate there may be a problem. 1. Lack of energy, not wanting to get out of bed, or do simple tasks throughout the day. 2. Apathy, lack of care for themselves or for others. Perhaps a decline in hygiene. No motivation, perhaps even to go outside for a walk. Lack of libido. 3. Overindulgence or addiction. Over eating. Drinking too much alcohol. Self medicating perhaps with sleeping pills. Chain smoking. 4. Lack of appetite, no interest in food. Weight-loss. 5. Mood swings. Outbursts of anger, feelings of deep sadness, crying and feeling weepy. Feeling reclusive, unable to communicate with others. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Sleeping problems, unable to sleep or waking up in the middle of the night. Sleeping too much. If you can identify with any of these symptoms and others or know someone else who does, there is help available. There is nothing to be ashamed of, you are not alone. Please do not hesitate to contact me, or someone else. I also work with groups, so if your team at work needs some help I can offer corporate service too. The @samaritanscharity is also always available too. #helpinlockdown
